Welcome to Ponteland RFC, we are a community-based club playing at the Ponteland Leisure Centre, situated approximately eight miles north west of Newcastle upon Tyne and one mile from Newcastle Airport. Ponteland RFC is a Rugby Union club affiliated to both the Rugby Football Union and also the Northumberland Rugby Union, our club colours are maroon, black and white shirts, black shorts, maroon and white socks.

Ponteland RFC have teams in all age groups from under 7's to veterans.

Hi all

Another hugely successful night was had on Tuesday away to Morpeth. Both sides played excellent rugby and both wanted to keep the game flowing for as long as possible. We certainly found it a great workout and I hope the Morpeth lads did too. Many thanks for them hosting us.

Hi all

35 of the seniors travelled to Bishop Auckland on Saturday and enjoyed two great games against their 1st and 2nd teams. The performances on show displayed some great promise and began illustrating the type of fast, flowing rugby that we want to major on this season.
